Terms of Use

These terms cover your use of orehouse.com (the "site"), run by Ore House at the Pine Grove ("we", "us"), and the gift cards we sell through it. By using the site or buying a gift card you agree to them. If you have a question about anything here, call us at (970) 879-1190 — we'd rather talk than argue.

Gift Card Terms

These apply to gift cards bought on this site or at the restaurant.

• No fees, no expiration. Your card never expires and we never charge dormancy, inactivity, service, or any other fee against its balance.
• Where it's good. Redeemable for food and drink at Ore House at the Pine Grove, 1465 Pine Grove Road, Steamboat Springs, Colorado. It can't be used on third-party sites or apps, and can't be used to buy another gift card.
• Cash redemption. Cards aren't redeemable for cash, except that under Colorado law (C.R.S. § 6-1-722) we will redeem any remaining balance of $5 or less for cash on request.
• Refunds. Gift cards are not refundable or exchangeable once issued, except as required by law. If you were charged in error or never received a mailed card, see "Delivery" below — we'll make it right.
• Amounts. Online cards are available from $25 to $500. For larger amounts, call us.
• Delivery. Physical cards are mailed by USPS to the address you give Stripe at checkout (US addresses only), or held at the restaurant for pickup. Please allow a few business days for mail. If a mailed card hasn't arrived within 14 days of your order, call us: we'll cancel the missing card and issue a replacement at no charge. Please check the shipping address carefully — we can't recover a card delivered to an address entered incorrectly.
• Lost or stolen cards. Treat your card like cash. Lost or stolen cards can't be replaced and their balance can't be restored.
• Gratuity and tax. Cards can be applied to your bill including tax and gratuity. No sales tax is charged when you buy a card; tax applies when it's used.

Reservations

Reservations are handled by OpenTable under its own terms. Our house policies, including the cancellation charge for large parties, are listed on the Reserve page.

Menus, prices, and specials

Menus, prices, hours, and specials shown on the site are subject to change without notice; what's printed at the restaurant governs. We do our best to keep the site accurate, but a listing here isn't a guarantee of availability. If you have a food allergy, please tell your server — allergen information is available on request.

Using the site

• The site is provided for information and for placing gift-card orders and reservations. Don't use it to send spam, attempt to break its security, scrape it in bulk, or interfere with other visitors.
• The text, photographs, logo, wordmark, and design of this site belong to Ore House at the Pine Grove or our licensors. You may share links freely; please ask before reproducing our photos or text. Certified Angus Beef® is a registered mark of Certified Angus Beef LLC and is used under license.
• Links to other sites (OpenTable, Google Maps, Stripe, Facebook) are provided for convenience; we're not responsible for their content or practices.

Privacy

How we handle your information is described in our Privacy Notice, which is part of these terms.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The site is provided "as is". To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, and our total liability for any claim relating to the site or a gift card is limited to the amount you paid for that gift card. Nothing here limits rights you have under Colorado consumer-protection law that can't be waived.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts serving Routt County, Colorado.

Changes

We may update these terms; the effective date above tells you when. Gift-card terms in force when you bought your card continue to apply to that card.
