Everyone's welcome
Accessibility
Last reviewed September 12, 2026
Ore House at the Pine Grove wants everyone to be able to read our menu, book a table, and buy a gift card — whatever device or assistive technology you use. We aim for the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA.
What we've done
- Every page can be used with a keyboard alone, with a visible focus indicator and a "Skip to content" link.
- Text and controls meet WCAG contrast minimums against our dark backgrounds.
- Images carry descriptive text; decorative photos are hidden from screen readers.
- Form fields are labelled, required fields are marked, and errors are announced.
- Motion is kept modest and honours your device's "reduce motion" setting; the room slideshow has a pause control.
- The site reflows to small screens and to 200% zoom without side-scrolling.
Third-party parts
Reservations run inside an OpenTable form, gift-card payment happens on Stripe's checkout page, and the map on the Contact page is Google's. We choose providers who publish their own accessibility commitments, but we don't control their code. If any of them gives you trouble, call us at (970) 879-1190 — we'll take your reservation, gift-card order, or directions over the phone.
Tell us if something isn't working
If any part of this site is hard to use, we want to know. Email info@orehouse.com or call (970) 879-1190 and tell us the page and what happened. We'll get back to you promptly and fix what we can.
At the restaurant
Questions about accessibility at the restaurant itself — parking, entrances, seating, or dietary needs — are always welcome by phone before you visit.
